General Property Information
- High Season is generally referred to as the period between 1 September to the 30 April.
- Check in 2pm / Check out 10am - these are our published times, please contact us to arrange times outside these.
- There is 1 carparking space per apartment. There is ample parking outside the property and opposite in the public carpark.
- We cannot arrange for trailor/caravan parking unless prior arrangements are made.
Apartments
- All our apartments are comercially cleaned prior to each booking. If your booking is a 7 nights stay or longer the apartment will be serviced/cleaned once during your stay (at a time/day suitable to you). A cleaning charge will be applied if the apartments are not left tidy. We will also apply a cleaning charge if the carpets or linen is soiled or stained.
- There is extra linen, towels etc provided in the apartments or alternatively we can be contacted to provide additional linen.
- Our Large Garden Apartment is pet friendly with a secure garden. You will need to bring your own pet bedding, there is a dog house in the backyard for your dog to sleep in alternatively they are allowed to sleep on the tiled area of the apartment. An additional cleaning charge will apply if there is pet hair on the furniture, bedding and/or carpets.
