Q) Do you have a COVID Safe Plan ?
A) Yes we follow the Victorian Public Health direction and have a COVID Safe Plan to assist us to keep our workers and maintain a COVID safe environment Please see our COVID Safe Plan here
Q) What happens if COVID Lockdown' prevents me from being able to travel to ocean grove for my booking?
A) If travel advice from any Australian State Government changes and prohibits you from travelling to Ocean Grove you are entitled to a full refund. If you have booked via our website we will refund you in full without penalty. If you have booked via any other website you will need to check their cancellation policy prior to booking.
Q) How do I book ?
A) All of our apartments are available to book via our website, booking.com or Expedia noting we only take bookings online and payment is due at the time of booking.
Q) What does ‘Mezzanine floors’ mean ?
A) All our apartments have mezzanine floors, whilst this gives a light filled airy ambience it may not suit everyone. The bedrooms are lofts style and are open to the main living area downstairs. (It doesn’t mean our apartments have missing or unfinished walls …)
So if you or your family have special needs such as ‘I need complete darkness to sleep’ or have issues with kids sleeping upstairs whilst your downstairs then you should contact us to ensure this accommodation is suitable for you prior to booking as no refunds will be offered if you decide this type of accommodation is unsuitable to you and your family once you arrive.
Q) Is there regular heating as well as the wood fires ?
A) Yes we have reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans to heat the two storey apartment quickly in addition to our cosy wood fires.
Q) Are there wood fires in every apartment ?
A) Yes all four of our apartments have wood fires. We supply enough dry firewood and kindling for a couple of woodfires during your stay in the winter months (June, July and August). Should you require firewood outside those months or additional supplies there are several service stations in Ocean Grove where you can purchase bags of wood and kindling

Q) Do we need to bring our own linen ?
A) No, at the Terrace Lofts we supply all linen, bath towels and manchester. You'll only need to bring your beach towels and sunscreen.
Q) How far are your apartments from the beach, can we walk ?
A) We are 400 meters from the surf beach. You can walk which is probably a good idea in the busy summer months or you can park at the main surf beach carpark. There is also a free town bus that operates during the January school holidays. This bus travels between Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads several times during the day stopping at local surf spots as well as the Barwon Heads hotel.
The bus stop is 20 meters from our apartments, this is also the pick up point for the Geelong city center and railway station.
Q) Do you have a laundry ?
A) Yes each apartment has a private euro laundry with a front load washing machine and clothes airier for indoor use.
Q) Can we bring our Pet ?
A) NO, we do not accommodate pets, we ensure our apartments are pet free for guests that may have allergies and will charge you for additional cleaning costs for deodorising furniture and carpets and additional accommodation charges if the apartment is not available for the next guests stay.
Q) Do you have a portacot ?
A) Yes we can supply a Portacot and/or highchair for your little one. You will need to provide your own linen and bedding for the Portacot.
Q) Do you have wifi ?
A) Yes all our apartments have FREE unlimited wireless internet access covering your apartment, garden area and private courtyard.
Q) How do we secure a booking ?
A) You can book direct with us via our secure payment gateway or your preferred booking channel. Any additional charges including minibar, additional cleaning or damage charges will be debited from your nominated credit card on departure.
Q) Do you have transfers available from Avalon airport ?
A) we can arrange transport from Avalon airport.
