Our commitment to Providing a COVID Safe Environment
Covid impacted bookings


Guests booking via our website direct ( will be provided with a full refund should any of the below criteria impact your planned stay:  

·        You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19

·        You are forced into self-isolation

·        You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or

·        A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.


Please note:

·        The full refund policy is only guaranteed for bookings made directly to the Terrace Lofts, for bookings made by a third party (; Expedia; wotif etc) you will need to refer to their Covid policies for refunds.

·        Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the above Covid Policy will need to comply with our usual non-refundable terms and conditions. 

·        Bedding, linen and towels are supplied and cleaned by commercial laundry. We do not service apartments during your stay to limit the contact between guests and staff.

·        We are not offering early check-in or late check out at this time due to the additional cleaning required.
